Our work is supported by a nationwide team of designers, surveyors, planners, engineers, health and safety experts, trainers and civils managers. Head Office is also home of the Human Resources and Accounts functions along with the wider project teams.
We are direct employers and our work is long-term and financially rewarding.
You will work for Map and enjoy all of the associated benefits. If you are in the field, that includes a uniform, a vehicle with no hidden costs and the correct tools for the job. We encourage personal development and career progression, even if that means switching your role within the group. We encourage learning. There is a strong partnership with our neighbours, the DTN Academy which provides Map with the trained and qualified people to fulfil our growing order book. The DTN is equipped with the latest online and classroom video courses to make learning and qualifications so much easier.
